    Kara was always available, attentive & followed through with my requests & assisted me with everything I needed or wanted every step of the way from beginning to end & handling the terms & conditions in my contract to make sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be.     I am at a loss for words when it comes to how I could begin to describe my journey with Kara. Her passion and perseverance is above the rest.     I'll go right back to Kara if I ever need to buy or sell again in OC. Very friendly and knowledgeable and always responded in a timely manner. Being local, she was able to advise me of extra considerations for buildings that one may not know. I almost quit on the process before ever starting, but her solid presentations reeled me back in with out any pressure from her. She also knew where to point me whenever I needed something such as financing, title company, etc. Definitely recommend.
